The Process Of Placing An Order

Select your desired capz and add to basket. Also add a mould kit to basket so you can take your impression. You can also buy a polishing cloth to keep your grillz (and even other jewels) shiny !

Do you already have a mould to send us? Check your email inbox a little after you purchase and look for our email with an address to post to. Send us your mould and we will get to work with it ! Just make sure it is an accurate representation of your current dental structure and the teeth needed to be worked on are not faulty.

Once purchased, we will post a mould kit out to you within the following working days. Once you receive it, refer to our instruction guide sent to your email and complete your mould. If you ever need any help, contact us either via Instagram or our contact button !

In the email of which you receive the instruction manual, you will also get an address to post the moulds to. Make sure the mould is in a firm container to avoid damage during postage.

We then receive the mould and do our magic! everything else is in our hands from here until your piece is completed. this process takes around 2 to 3 weeks (sometimes earlier) from when we receive the mould. We then send it to you !
