Policies

The fitting of your grill is under your responsibility. We guarantee your piece fits to the mould provided before we post it back to you. We provide you with instructions on how to take your two-step impression. if you are unsure on whether your mould is suitable or not, please send us a video via our Instagram for fastest response. You could also use the contact button on our website! As a result of this, we can not refund based on fitting, however, we are more than happy to try work on the grill again if you feel it could help (postage paid by you).
